Well, as LenZ posted a few days ago..there is an RPM of Perl 5.6 on
the site for anyone who would like to download it. Remember thought
that a lot of 7.0 and below depend on their current perl version. I
would assume that 7.1 has 5.6..but you are free to do what you like.
