Subject: Re: [SLE] Weirdness with KDE2 2.01
If you downloaded it from kde.org as I did..then you might want to
notice that it does not use ~/Desktop anymore for it's icons..it
does instead use ~/KDesktop now..so just copy your links/icons from
Desktop to KDesktop and they shall work fine. I was quite pissed
about this when I downloaded it this morning. But it was simple to
figure out. :)

-**-Hopefully, someone has an answer to this, so I don't have to suffer with
-**-a fresh install of KDE2!
-**-
-**-I d'l all the KDE2 2.01 files for SuSE 7.0, however, the kbase archive
-**-FAILED with an icons error, (I have ONLY the "Home" icon on my desktop
-**-now), and also a libcdda_interface.so.0 & libcdda_parania.so.0 error.
-**-Anyone have any ideas? I really don't care to "blow away" my setup at
-**-home. :)
