Subject: kernel config option
hi,
i'm using SuSE 7.0 professional on intel. in my computer there is an realtek
8139 network card. because i'm going to configure linux as our firewall and
proxy i decided to compile new kernel with support for this card in (not as
module). and there appears my problem, because the option for this card is
not in (the rtl8139.c is there).
i'm sure that the option is there because this was my second install on the
same HW and for the first time the option was there. the only deferences
between that 2 installations is that the first was made by yast and to 3
partions (swap, /, /boot) and the second was made by yast2 and to more
partitions.
