Hi, venerable list users, I can install from the CDROM, but when I transfer the content of the first 7.0 CD in a directory of an existing 6.4 system and thereafter try to install 7.0, on another hard disk on the same machine, selecting from the yast menu "install from a directory", it does not work. The message is that yast does not see what is in the directory. I tried several ways - e.g., with the directory mounted or unmounted, but the message is invariably the same. How can it be done ?
Maybe you need to set more permissions on the mounted directory. Like 777?
