That also doesn't seem to work in user-mode! Before I emtied the ppp/options
file, I had uncommented the debug line. However, whenever pppd dies, kppp
tells me that debugging is not enabled, and offers to enable it for me. I
never get any debugging output though.
Again, this is something that works fine when I log on as root.
