Hi,

I did an install on a 16Mb system of 6.4 :) Bad idea.

You cant do an FTP install as the file has to be held
locally. Yast is a bitch on this as I think it uses
memory to get the files (of which there is not enough
of to run yast and store ftp files while decompressing).
You can do this via NFS if you have another box - just
export the CDROM and play with the settings until it
works, else you're stuffed!
