Although not on SuSE at the time (I'm not worthy!), I did spend a fair amount of time getting netatalk working properly, and documenting it for an article I wrote (sorry about the length of the link): http://redesign.earthweb.com/dlink.resource-jhtml.72.1083.|repository||networking|content|article|2000|10|07|NTBenedictNetatalk|NTBenedictNetatalk~xml.0.jhtml?cda=true Stew Benedict On Thu, 26 Oct 2000, Spunk S. So I read the help files and checked some pages about Netatalk but I'm confused. I can log in as guest but not as a user. I checked /etc/passwd to make sure I have a shell and I do. What I want is to have guest access off and be able to log in as a user. Anybody out there sharing Mac and SuSE that could shed a little light on my problem?
