You might try downloading the package "firewals" from the page linked

You can configure it through yast after you install it.

Firewals is wonderful, Brian , but how do I configure it with YAST ? I always edit firewals.rc.config manually ......I'd love to do it with YAST ..
Anurag
Hi Anurag Try this.... yast/system administration/edit configuration file and look for the options begining with FW_ and the START FIREWALL (maybe START FW) option. Whatever you type in for these options will then be set in your firewals.rc.config file and a quick # SuSEfirewall start will activate them.
