[SLE] Oracle 8.1.6 Installation - orarun.rpm -- needs to add SHLIB_PATH

SuSE should add SHLIB_PATH=$ORACLE_HOME/lib to the /etc/profile.d/oracle.sh
script that is generated from orarun.rpm.
I had to add this by hand in order to install the database, (after numerous
failed attempts).
Also, 8.1.6 seems somewhat stable on SuSE 7.0. Only got it to die once, and
that was because a remote computer rebooted before finishing the execution
of an sql script. After that, the database could not be shutdown or
restarted, segmentation fault everytime. But, 20 minutes to reinstall and
back in action.
