Hi!
Is there a command that will enable me to send a small file as the body of an email from a script? I am running a program that takes a few hours and I'd like it to email me when it is done.
Also, I am probably on the more dull-witted end of the Linux user curve, so if there is an accompanying how-to, please point me to it if it exists and you know of it.
Thank you very much for your assistance!
Steve
Hi Steve, mutt is said to do that. You should use the option -a. I never tried it. Have a look into the man page too.
