Hi all, I have recently compiled Apache with SSL ( but i don't need to use SSL right away ) There are 2 SSL sections in the httpd.conf : SSL Global context SSL Virtual Host Context I need to run 3-4 Test server configurations. Now seeing that there are 2 diff SSL sections .. What are the Pros & Cons of : a) Dedicated Main server & 3 VirtualHosts OR b) 4 VirtualHosts.. I've added 4 IPs to eth0 using /sbin/ifconfig in the boot script. Do I need to make any changes to the DNS ( I had to create CNAME entries for name based virtual hosting ) but SSL requires IP based V-hosting.
