dummy has the same IP as eth0, not ppp0. (What does /etc/hosts have
to do with the failure of ppp0 not appear in the route list?)

6 out of 7 ISPs I have in my /etc/wvdial.conf list (bearing in mind they all worked last week), now don't work. Only one of them works now, and only if I changed the number to a different POP.

What is going on? What has changed? Has anyone else had this problem? What can I do to fix it?
