Well, all that I can say is that the only problems that *I* had were wither caused by my own "unique" installations (using multiple physical HDs, wanting to use ReiserFS, and needing to retain one of the partitions) or by an on-going difficulty with getting my Epson Color Stylus 740 printer installed locally under Linux. Is it possible that you're having issues with a faulty hard disk? Or are you installing SuSE on only one partition on this HD, and dual-booting to Windows? At 04:17 PM 10/4/00, Linux News User wrote:
Now I can log in... but after a couple of restarts I have the following err after I gave the username on the login process:
-bash: error in l9oading shared libraries: libcurses.so.5: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
And just disconnect me !!
It's only me or this release is fully on BUGS !????
:o(
I think that 6.4 was more stable... I NEVER has so many problems with 6.4 !!!
