Hi guys.

It seems to me there is no need to make a rule about this issue.
Personally I just ignore html messages, just stick them in the trash.

If enough of us make it known that we ignore html, surely anyone who
posts a message looking for help, would realise that they are far less
likely to get help, if they use html...and ther ends the problem.
