Hi, 

i am having a problem getting the system sounds to operate in KDE2. sounds 
work OK in KDE 1.1.2 and running an app such as xmms in KDE2 produces sound, 
but when I start KDE2 I ge the following in my xterm:

Sep 25 17:54:19 linux modprobe: modprobe: Can't locate module 
sound-service-1-0
Sep 25 17:54:19 linux modprobe: modprobe: Can't locate module sound-slot-2
Sep 25 17:54:19 linux modprobe: modprobe: Can't locate module

sound-service-2-0

Looking in opt/kde2/bin/startkde I can't find anything obvious. I am running 
SuSE 7.0Pro, KDE2 beta 5, Soundblaster 1024 Live configured under Alsa.

Any thoughts on enabling sound
