Whoops! Got a tad confused pasting bits of messages to the wrong place - sorry! -----Original Message----- From: Kester Clegg [SMTP:kester.clegg@comreco-rail.co.uk] Sent: Monday, September 11, 2000 2:20 PM To: suse-linux-e@suse.com Subject: RE: [SLE] Where is Xwrapper? - PLEASE HELP Does anyone know if SuSE are planning to include the Helix code for Gnome in a future release - 7.1 perhaps? It would make the greatest release of all time to have Helix Gnome, KDE2 and kernal 2.4 all available as a simple 'upgrade' option from 6.4! ;-) k. On Monday, September 11, 2000 1:41 PM, Victor R. I have not installed SuSE's rpms, but Xwrapper should be in /usr/X11R6/bin. Create a .xserverrc file in your home directory so that it is called by startx.

I asked about this earlier but never got an answer. I lost the ability run Xwrapper when I upgraded my Xwindows to 4.0. I now have 4.0.1 using SuSE's rpms. I still have no Xwrapper. I used this every day. Is there a way to regain this functionality short of reinstalling the original setup?
TIA,
Steve
