[SLE] Using awk and the ' caracter to be append

Hi I need to have a ' caracter on the output using awk. I'm using the follow awk instruction: awk -F: '{print "hello 'a'", $1}' /etc/passwd One of the output of this command is: hello aanybody And the one that I need one like this: hello 'a' anybody Thanks <b>Hi I need to have a <font size=4>'</font> caracter on the output using awk.
