Have any one try Windows ME using VMWare ?
Hello,
I am running 4.01, with the 2.2.16-SMP kernel. All this talk about VMWare got me curious, so I checked it out last night. I just had time to load win98, but I'll try Win2kpro this weekend. So far so good. AND this is on a reiserfs! Here are some screenshots:

Sorry, they are big...

On the VMware web site (http://www.vmware.com) there are warnings that VMware will not run under XFree86 version 4.0+. I see that SuSE 7.0 (which runs XFree86 4.0+) comes with a 30 day trial of VMware. Does this mean that an older XFree86 must be installed with SuSE 7.0 for VMware to run? How would this affect those in need of XFree86 4.0 for their video card (such as in a nVidia Gforce 256 2, for example)?
I have received several reports from our developers that they were able to run vmware in XFree86 4.0 as well. So it should work...
