You could leave it as it is. Just write down where you have your
partitions since it's not the familiar hda through hdd. The only problem
you might have is with LILO since it can only work with hda or sda. Other
than having a small DOS partition and booting up with LOADLIN, I'm not
sure how to resolve that particular problem.
