Hi I am still trying to install Xfree4.01.

When I run the Xinstall.sh script, I get told :

ln: cannot create hard link "gnu-tar" to "extract" : Operation not
permitted.

I am SU and logged in as ROOT.

my GNU-TAR works with just tar...and if I try to manually link extract to
tar...Operation not permitted.

Any help welcome.
