Yes, I realise that, but from the transcript, I can see that the problem is not with your server, but the remote MTA (hotmail) It got your message, but was unable to get it to the correct user. The most probable thing is that your server is functioning like it should, and that hotmail is having problems. Just try to send a mail to another address (like sienix@flashmail.com) and see if you get the same error.
