[SLE] local smtp

Hi !
I am running diald an my Linux server , and I have configure my local smtp.
I am having some problem on my smtp out. I can send email out to Internet by using root but when I use my win98 outlook express there was an error message. Your messages has been reject by server.
Why this happend ? Can some please help me
