[SLE] Intel PRO/100+ NIC problem

I had a pretty reliable network at home for the last 6 months until the
last couple of days when I started getting this message in my log:
Command unit failed to mark command 00000000 as complete at 1047356.
Things were slowing down until today when I could only connect to my
computer 2 or three times in the last 4 hours. On my OpenBSD NAT box I
was receiving "receiver ring buffer overrun" messages on my internal
interface which from what I can tell means that there are small, garbage
packets being generated on my home network.
I checked Intel's site and couldn't find any related documents.
Is my network card going bad or can this issue be fixed with a driver
update?
Thanks, Greg
