You can ask your ISP if they offer shell accounts and you can do this yourself or you can call them to ask them to put this in for you.
Well, they don't offer shell accounts and I have grave doubts as to the technical competency of my ISP in the first place. And I know that many out there are in the same boat. Which leaves us back to filtering with procmail at the client level and not at the server level. Greg
