I've tried for hours to get KDE 2 working on my system. I completely removed KDE1 and KDE2. As well as qt1 and2. I installed everyting from SuSE's site and my desktop seems to be split between KDE versions. One ot the things I can't understand is a constant message when I start KDE that XBINDIR/xrdb was unable to start. I saw this error discussed on the German SuSE list, but my German's not good enough to understand if they had a fix for it. Is there as standard proceedure for making KDE 2 work on 6.4 The only way I ever did it was by completely avoiding YAST. That's not an option on this system. I need to get some sleep, And my boss is going to be asking me where my work is. Please help!
