[SLE] mount: only superuser can mount

This message is appearing since upgrading kernel to 2.2.16, I thought it was fstab, but it is same as before upgrade. It happens with any user except root of course, is it simple to rectify or do I need to provide more info. I have modified fstab to users from user no change and given users in group administration permissions for each user in group users.
