Well, that is a good point that hasn't been mentioned yet. I actually
expect the upgrade to still work smoothly. If not, picking up any
missing pieces from the ftp site might get you there. Still, it might
be good to hear more officially about the "upgrade version" policy
from SuSE. Perhaps it is on their German website (I don't have time
to check right now). Anyway, the announcement about the upgrade version
should be included on the US web site, to finally put an end to this
thread.

Again, if you had followed the thread, you'd know that you can still
expect the GPL content of the distribution on their ftp site.

I refer to the many mails Michael Hasenstein from SuSE has posted to
this newsgroup in the last couple of days. I think that you will find
