If you try and configure LILO via Yast you are right, it WILL NOT
install on hde.
However, if you edit the /etc/lilo.conf file directly, you can get round
this.
Look for the line which says
boot=/dev/hda
and change it to
boot=/dev/hde
.
Then save the file and re-run /sbin/lilo and you should be right.
