OK, so there are 2 English versions namely the restrictive US English and
the complete UK? English version.  As a Canadian who is not subject to US
law how do I get a copy of the non-US English version?  

The only source of real SuSe Linux into Canada at this time appears to be
from the US as SuSe is practically invisible in Canada.  I have a
database of just under 100 local retailers in my area and none of them
stock SuSe and the 4 national mail order chains I have dealt with also do
not carry SuSe.  The Canadian companies listed  at suse.com appear to be
CD burners (1 or 2 CDs, no manuals).  This means that to get SuSe, I and
presumably other Canadians need to order from the US and now I find that
this is a crippled version.

Any way to get the non-US English version?
