I personally buy every new distro, with manuals, for one other reason;
If someone shows a keen interest in trying Linux, I can give them a full
distro release, with manual, to try out. We have had much more success
with this
method, than with the poor beggars whose first intro is a cut-down
version of RH
on a magazine CD.
