[SLE] HTML Editor and Bash Script

Hello SuSE, Is there any HTML Editor (WYSIWYG) like netscape composer..?? Don't tell me Bluefish, It's cannot WYSIWYG and, hopefully run under KDE..! Is there documentation on SuSE linux that provides BASH SCRIPT tutorial ??Hopefull so if there any C/C++, Tc, tutorial.
