yes. Edit /sbin/init.d/serial. It's basicly set to find the first two ports. I guess a look into "man setserial" will be nessesarry two, to tell it about IRQ5.
Thank you Juergen, that solved the problem wonderfully. I kept looking for some kind of configuration setting somewhere in /etc. I hadn't thought to look in the init scripts directory.
