You can go either way. Personally, I would go with 128MB and the Celeron
566MHz. By the time that you need to upgrade again, the PIII will be at an
affordable price.

Once your CPU gets past 500MHz, this question becomes largely irrelevant
since you got more processing power than you really need. A 566MHz CPU,
128MB memory, and a 32MB video card is more than enough to run DVD movies
smoothly.
