Those wild and crazy guys that publish the NetMax distribution have done
such a thing. Big honkin' NetMax logo on the screen, a la Windows9x,
complete with scrolling blue bar thingie at the bottom. I thought it
was hideous, but that's me. I'm not sure how they do it, but I'm fairly
certain it's possible :).
