Hi everyone, A while back I made a local filesystem copy of all 6 CD's for 6.4 for the purposes of installing 6.4 onto local workstations on my private network. I've used a mirror program to download all the rpm updates from a SuSE ftp mirror, and now I'd like to replace any old rpms in my filesystem copy of the CD's with the rpms in the update structure. What I don't want is to have any surprises like MD5 hashs not matching up, YAST being confused about the proper revision number of any updated package, etc... I'd also like to preserve the dates and times on the updated rpms I've downloaded. I guess what I'm asking is related to how one maintains a distribution. :-) -- To unsubscribe send e-mail to suse-linux-e-unsubscribe@suse.com For additional commands send e-mail to suse-linux-e-help@suse.com Also check the FAQ at http://www.suse.com/Support/Doku/FAQ/
