Kernel panic: VFS: LRU block list corrupted Has anyone experienced this error before? My Linux box had been running fine for over a month. Last night, however, it decided to crash with the above mentioned error. Poor me. I figured something might be wrong with the hard drive or with memory but I was able to boot into Windows just fine. I went as far as repartitioning the hard drive (with DOS' fdisk) and reformatting it but it still wouldn't work. I can't even boot from the Suse Linux boot disk. Any ideas? Any suggested reading? thanks, robert "...set the controls for the heart of the sun" -- To unsubscribe send e-mail to suse-linux-e-unsubscribe@suse.com For additional commands send e-mail to suse-linux-e-help@suse.com Also check the FAQ at http://www.suse.com/Support/Doku/FAQ/
