The way I got round this was to set an alias in /etc/aliases
root: emailaddress@xxxxxxxxxxxxx, \root
then run newaliases.
This way I get a copy sent to root and a copy to the other email address
specified.
There are a number of ways to do this - as always - this way works perfectly
for me.
