Hi everyone, Just a quick congratulations to everyone at SuSE for what I believe is the best release yet of SuSE Linux. I have been using SuSE since version 5.2 and can honestly say that this is the first version which I have installed which worked out of the box and detected all my hardware completely. I couldn't use Yast2 in version 6.3 so went back to Yast1 for that release, but Yast2 under 6.4 is excellent. I now believe we are at a point where Linux (especially the SuSE distro) can give Windows a real run for it's money on desktop machines. I don't think of myself as a Linux newbie but this version really did install like a dream, I also think KDE looks better than previous versions. I make my living developing applications for the Windows platform and am used to GUI development tools so can't wait for Borland to release C++ Builder under Linux. When this is made available I can see a lot more developers experimenting with Linux which can only be good for Linux in the long run (I hope :-)) Anyway keep up the excellent work Andy. -- To unsubscribe send e-mail to suse-linux-e-unsubscribe@suse.com For additional commands send e-mail to suse-linux-e-help@suse.com Also check the FAQ at http://www.suse.com/Support/Doku/FAQ/
