When you boot from a CD-ROM drive, I believe the PC boot the first 
CD-ROM/CD-RW drive that it finds.  If your CD-ROM and CD-RW drives are on 
the same cable, then set your CD-RW drive to be the master and the CD-ROM to 
be the slave.

Anyone, please correct me if I'm wrong.
