Hi all
A couple of things with SuSE 6.3 I am curious about:
shutdown -h now... The manual on page 397 states that the shutdown -h now command halts the system after the output "the system is halted" my system does not produce this, it shows a message saying the the master resource run level 0 has been reached
Is this the manual wrong or is my shutdown not complete?
Your shutdown is complete you may safely turn the power off alternatively use the kernel with APM support then it will shutdown and turn the power off also
Boot up... cat using obsolete proc/pci
or something like that on boot up. What does this mean, obsolete proc/pci? Does it mean ISA?
