Rogier, I had a sudden change in my sendmail behaviour that turned out to be due to yast happily messing with my sendmail.cf.
I suggest that you double check that you have disabled yast doing any modifications to sendmail.cf.
Once you're sure that is in place then go back and redo sendmail.mc (or whatever you called it ie. linux.mc) to be sure you have the proper parameters and rerun the m4 macro.

While my syslog is wooshing by in the background, I've checked on YaST: it's disabled. Did that long time ago, when it changed my settings back the way SuSE likes them. I've also tried adding this line to my sendmail.cf: O ResolverOptions=+DNSRCH +DEFNAMES +RECURSE The original setting was sendmails default: #O ResolverOptions=+AAONLY (turned off by the hash) till no go.. :-\ Rogier -- To unsubscribe send e-mail to suse-linux-e-unsubscribe@suse.com For additional commands send e-mail to suse-linux-e-help@suse.com Also check the FAQ at http://www.suse.com/Support/Doku/FAQ/
