Well, I'm confused. I see how -f will specify the config file to use, but I don't see how to make it run as user ~moseley, so it knows where to deliver mail to that account.
I don't think that matters. It will deliver mail to whatever users are
specified in the rc file. I have it running as root and in root's
.fetchmailrc I have a line that retrieves my (that is user budr) mail and
puts it in my mailbox. Come to think of it, you could probably do the same
and get what you want. Here's what I use.
twocups:~ # cat .fetchmailrc
poll puma.sirinet.net with proto pop3:
username budr there with password xxxxxxxxxxx is budr here
fetchall
twocups:~ #
