That completely depends on what it is that makes you happy while web browsing. In my opinion Netscape is the best full-featured graphical browser at this time for Linux. I don't have many troubles with it, and it doesn't have (what I consider) wierd quirks like all the others that I have tried (i.e., poorly rendered pages, malfunctioning cookies, etc.). In the future, Mozilla and Konqueror both look promising (Opera does too I suppose), but for now I oscillate between w3m and Netscape depending on my mood.
