Try the followings, 1) Start KMail 2) start a new kamil composer as if you want to send a new message. 3) from the composer menu, select VIEW and check REPLY-TO Now you can type in any reply-to address for your new messages. If you save the addresses in the address book, it will be more convenient. Cheers, Wayne Jerry Kreps wrote:
Folks, Twice in the last two weeks Netscape 4.72 has locked up my keyboard and mouse (running KDE) requiring a power cycle. For the same reason I quit WinXX I have decided to abandon Netscape rather than put up with this nonsense. I have been playing with Kmail. I can connect to more than one email account, but I have no way of refering to more than one return address. (I plan on both my wife and I using it out of my account). I had been using StarOffice5.1a, which allows multiple accounts AND reply addresses. But, I am running a P166 + 64MB RAM and SO is just to slow loading and unloading. It also has some email peculiarities that I don't like. And, I have ordered Corel Office 2000 Delux and will use it in place of SO, which I am going to remove from my system.
My question: (You thought I'd never ask... ;-) Is there a way to supply TWO reply addresses in Kmail. The Kmail docs don't make reference to any way. I thought about making two copies of kmail, with slight name changes, but they still refere to the same configuration files. JLK
