Actually I've asked this is same question before but I've gotten both answers so I'm wondering if anyone can tell me which is the real one. :) I've got a rage 128-based 16MB ATI All-in-Wonder 128 board in a SuSE 6.1 system. With 3.3.6 (and 3.3.3 before it) I seem to have to include a the "no_accel" option in XF86Config to avoid scrambled text. However, I've seen people say that they can get away with not using it. What's the real story? Is there some other setting that causes/prevents this to work? Perhaps it's just a problem with All-in-Wonder 128 boards. Some links to deja to see what I mean.. maybe: http://www.deja.com/=dnc/[ST_rn=ps]/getdoc.xp?AN=572420316 no: http://www.deja.com/=dnc/[ST_rn=ps]/getdoc.xp?AN=572990039 Is anyone using this board without the "no_accel" option?
