Hi again. I'm having a little problem with my Zip drive, well it isn't really a problem. I don't want to type insmod ppa each time I want to access de Zip drive.
If you have proper entries in /etc/fstab and don't have a SCSI system,
change
alias scsi_hostadapter off
to
alias scsi_hostadapter ppa
in /etc/modules.conf. That will get ppa loaded automatically when trying to
access the ZIP drive. On a SCSI system, the only way is loading to add
modprobe -k ppa
to /sbin/init.d/boot.local .
