Hello, I need more than just a font viewer, since KDE can view fonts. I need a fontviewer that can open up any directory to which I direct it, and view the TrueType fonts within. This is useful, since I am grabbing TrueType fonts off CD's, and would like to view them before I go through the trouble of actually installing them on my system. Many of the fonts have names that don't really tell me much. Can gfontview do this? KDE's fontview only shows the fonts properly marked in the XF86Config file, and which are properly installed.
