Hi Again,

I have come across the encrypted password problem and I seem to remember
someone a while back posting a solution.  I tried putting `encrypt
password = yes' in the global section of smb.conf but I can't find
smbpassword to add the encrypted password into the Samba db.  I am using
Samba 1.9.18 and win98.  

It might be my imagination but I seem to remember the fix being a win98
registry patch.

Any suggestions?
