There isn't a notes client for Linux available according to IBM but I was wondering if anyone on the list knew of any work rounds or had any suggestions for interfacing with this beast.
At the moment, my only suggestion would be vmware and the Windows Notes Client.
Or try wine. I've got the 4.6a client running reasonably well. Not every- thing works (yet) and facilities come and go with the releases of wine - Attach/detach files worked once then didn't - but mail is ok, accessing databases is ok, printing is nearly there. The most useful facility I find is the SMTP gateway on the Notes Server so I can mail things in & out of Notes system into Linux :-). Go to winehq & follow the "Links". There's a link to a page there with a usefull HOWTO on how to get it up & running. a. -- Andy Nudd Oh no! It can't be! That the kindly, noble Zachary Smith could end up in this infernal place.
