I have a feeling that pressing F10 isn't going to help him if he deleted the config partition. Doesn't he need the Compaq system floppies? Or is there enough info stored in flash? This is a reason why I seriously dislike Compaqs. What are the benefits of storing this info on the harddrive (other than for backup)? Greg
